Printed from my own original artwork titled Toadstool Stile. This is a print on art board with a black mount ready to be framed and hung on a wall.
The mount size is 10 inches square ( 25.5cm) The aperture is 7.75 inches (19.5cm)
The print itself is on 2mm thick matt art board. The mount is black.
This print will not have a cello wrap but will be wrapped in brown paper then securely packaged for the journey.

This is a print of my own acrylic painting. It was summer a few years ago when I came across this stile again in a field near me on the Isle of Wight. It had previously been on one of my many long dog walking routes back when we first moved here, before I prolapsed 4 discs. Walking for the better part of 10 years had been at best a struggle and this sort of walk was out of the question. But one or two things happened in my life a while before. One of them was my gaining a best friend. The will to be able to meet up with her and follow my dreams gave me the push to overcome the pain and regain some mobility.
The first time I made it back here and managed to climb over I was so excited and slightly afraid I'd have to spend the night as it was a long walk back! I took a photo to share it with River. Aside from her never ending encouragement I remember her saying how pretty it was and that I should paint it.
One of my goals became to improve my painting skills, to paint outside my comfort zone and to maybe think of myself as an actual artist one day. So this stile not only represents my struggle in getting mobile it also represents my struggle in believing in my ability to paint. It also represents the fact that I'm completely obsessed with mushrooms and just a little bit out there!!
